Cheerleaders understand that teamwork, dedication, and discipline are key to the success of the Baker Middle School Cheer
Program. Cheerleaders must promote school spirit, enthusiasm, and a positive winning attitude through example.
All team members must realize that the manner in which they conduct themselves, in or out of uniform, directly reflects the
entire team and school. Consistent enforcement of rules and expectations are necessary to ensure the safety and general
well being of each cheerleader.
Cheerleading is a privilege, not a right, and can be revoked by coaches when a cheerleader violates the rules
and regulations.
