About Us
We both have many years of cheerleading and competition experience and are experienced coaches.
We both volunteer our time and commitment to the competition squad out of our love for the sport and the girls that work so
hard to represent our middle school as positive role models, true athletes, and competitors.
We believe in being honest with the girls on our squad, asking them to be honest with us, and learning from our
experiences along the way to resolve any issues that may arise and to become better coaches as a result.
Our Commitment
Our goal is to build self-confidence and self-esteem in the girls and to help develop their
physical skills as well as their emotional maturity to reach their full potential. We work to achieve this by
setting standards that teach respect, commitment, sportsmanship, responsibility and positive attitudes. We give it and
we expect it in return. We treat every girl as an individual and do our best to help meet their individual needs.
We both personally know individuals who have recieved full-ride cheerleading scholarships to great colleges. This
squad is awesome and we both agree that every single member has the potential to take it to the next level.
We ask that all the girls and parents review the cheerleading constitution on the Rules page that they
signed at the beginning of the year and to continue to follow this and fulfill the commitment that each made to
this squad.
Things have started off great and we expect to have an exciting season!!
